She's currently an independent consultant, advising organizations like the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics and Dvara Money. She's a data scientist, project manager, and researcher who's focused on how AI technology will affect society and policy. At IBM, she leads a team in the Public Sector practice working on AI Ethics and bias mitigation. She also works with an internal think tank team on thought leadership pieces on AI and the Government industry, among other things. She's interested in aligning human and AI values in both the short and long term.
